Lucy Cosgrove is a Dementia Nurse Consultant, Mental Health Nurse, and 2025 Dementia Care Awards Finalist with 15 years’ experience. She provides expert care, advice, and training to support families, caregivers, and professionals in delivering the best possible dementia care.
With a background spanning palliative care, NHS leadership, and community mental health, Lucy has led dementia-friendly initiatives, delivered impactful training, and supported countless families. She is passionate about improving the lives of those living with dementia.
Caring Herts CIC
Lucy is a director of Caring Herts CIC, an organisation supporting lonely and socially isolated people living in North Herts and Stevenage. As a director Lucy contributes to strategic decision making and oversight of operational delivery.
June’s Wish
Lucy is also a Voluntary Clinical Advisor for the Chairity June’s Wish and uses her expertise to support people living with dementia and their families in achieving their final wishes with dignity and care.
