This website does not have user accounts, online booking, or any facility to purchase services online. The only way we collect your personal information is if you choose to fill in our contact form.

Through the contact form we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive health or care information in the contact form — any clinical details about the person with dementia will be discussed with you directly, by phone or in person.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (to respond to your enquiry and run our business), contractual necessity (where you engage our services), and legal obligation (where the law requires us to retain records). We do not contact people for marketing purposes.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver in-person dementia nursing consultancy, maintain a record of advice provided, and comply with our professional and legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • Enquiries where no service is provided: up to 2 years
  • Client records: a minimum of 7 years in line with NMC guidance
  • Financial records: 6 years as required by HMRC

Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within one calendar month at no charge.

Where possible we will inform you before doing so.
